Backpacking Guide for College Students: A Two-Day, One-Night Budget Trip to Chenzhou

Follow our footsteps as we embark on this two-day, one-night budget travel adventure!

**Day 1: Nature Scenery Tour**

**Morning:** Depart from school and choose an economical mode of transportation (such as train or bus) to Chenzhou. Upon arrival, find an affordable hotel or youth hostel to settle in and take a short rest.

**Mid-Morning:** Head to Suxian Ridge to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. Remember to bring enough water and snacks, as well as sunscreen. Hiking not only provides physical exercise but also allows you to appreciate the charming landscapes along the way.

**Lunch:** Dine at a restaurant at the foot of the mountain to taste local specialties, such as Chenzhou rice noodles and Dongjiang fish. Be sure to choose restaurants with good value to avoid unnecessary expenses.

**Afternoon:** Visit Beihu Park to experience the tranquility and beauty of the lake and mountains. You can opt for a picnic by the lake and enjoy the gifts of nature.

**Evening:** Stroll through the night market in the city center to experience the local nightlife. Try some street food, such as stinky tofu and sugar oil cakes, which are both affordable and delicious.

Day 2: Historical and Cultural Tour

Morning: Wake up early and head to Mahuangqiu to experience the historical and cultural heritage of Chenzhou. Here, you can admire the ancient buildings and streets, and appreciate the historical charm of Chenzhou.

Morning: Visit Yuhou Street and experience the old neighborhood of Chenzhou. Here, you can taste authentic Chenzhou snacks and buy some souvenirs as souvenirs.

Noon: Find a local restaurant near Yuhou Street and taste authentic Chenzhou dishes. It is recommended to try Chenzhou grilled fish, hot and sour noodles and other special dishes.
