This hotel, which opened last year, is located in the Dadonghai area, right next to Shanhaitian JW Marriott and Shanhaitian Aotu Elegance. This location is quite good. Beibei is known as the backyard garden of Chongqing, famous for its hot springs. This Banyan Tree Resort exemplifies the unique Chinese architectural style, blending traditional architecture with the surrounding nature, with each room featuring a private hot spring.
The hot spring room is 80 square meters. The highlight is the balcony, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and dense forests, allowing you to enjoy the ancient hot spring soaking experience. The interior has a relatively traditional Chinese style, with the soaking pool on the balcony.

While Beibei is known for hot springs, it is also a great summer retreat near Chongqing, making this summer and weekend package an excellent choice.
4) Suzhou Guanqian Street Youxiong Superior King Room for 2 nights with breakfast, priced at 1099 yuan. Valid until September 30, 2024. This is the fifth Youxiong hotel. The location is excellent, situated in the historic Guanqian Street with over 700 years of history, right next to Yanjia Alley and Bifengfang, and just a street away from the Pingjiang Road historical cultural block. Nearby attractions include Xuanmiao Temple, the former residence of Pang Laicheng, Yiyuan, Wangshi Garden, Lion Forest, Humble Administrator’s Garden, and the Suzhou Museum… all conveniently close to the hotel, making it very convenient for travel while in Suzhou.
The superior king room of the Suzhou Guanqian Street Youxiong spans 34 square meters. Let me show you some photos from our visit.

Suzhou Jingwenli Youxiong is another one of Suzhou’s Youxiong hotels, opened in 2017 and equally famous. It was once the ancestral home of the Pei family, later transformed by designer Qingshan Shuzi into a Youxiong hotel.
The entire courtyard is comfortable in the play of light and shadows.
The hotel also has an art gallery.
The Jingwenli Youxiong offers 15 rooms. This package includes a suite, which measures 60-87 square meters and is one of the hotel’s more premium room types. However, last time we went, we stayed in a standard room. Let me provide an image of the standard room, which was already very nice, so just imagine how good the suite must be.
The breakfast at Jingwenli is semi-buffet style and quite exquisite.

Genting Dream is a great ship! Launched in 2016, with a tonnage of 150,695 tons and a capacity of 3,352 passengers, it ranks alongside Spectrum of the Seas and MSC Lirica that have recently docked domestic.
The biggest highlight of this ship is its friendliness to Chinese passengers (not only are there a lot of Chinese staff, but all public area signage is also available in Chinese, and many performances are also in Chinese). When traveling to Zhouzhuang, staying at this Pullman is a great choice. The hotel is within walking distance of Zhouzhuang ancient town and boasts 300 acres of wetlands, embodying a classic Jiangnan aesthetic.
This Pullman opened in 2017, with interior designs reflecting the charm of ancient water towns. For example, the lobby lounge offers a wide, open view.

This hotel opened last year and is located in the Jingdezhen Taoyangli Historical and Cultural Tourism Area. The hotel is located west of Jiangdong Road ferry, adjacent to the ancient street, north of Hubei Association, and south of Fengxin Association, showcasing a good location.
The design of the hotel also reflects vintage charm, preserving the ancient architecture’s original appearance while undergoing renovation.

I’ve stayed at this hotel, and it boasts a super location in Nanjing. The hotel is located in the city center, adjacent to the Presidential Palace and the Six Dynasties Museum. I’ll post a picture; all the attractions are nearby, and you can reach them by foot.
You can see the Presidential Palace from Shenghe Mansion, which overlooks it. Shenghe Mansion isn’t very tall but is situated in the city center, with unobstructed views from the hotel terrace.
The hotel was designed by the internationally renowned Pei Partnership Architects and HBA for architecture and interior design. I particularly like the hotel’s “Wanderer’s Book House” on the first floor, inspired by the historical and cultural backdrop of the Republic of China period and the life of Sun Yat-sen.

Zhongke Jiutai Hotel is now operated by the original owner after being previously managed by MGM. Recently, Zhou Zhou hosted a concert in Hangzhou and stayed here.
